SQLab 710 2.0 Grips – The Ergonomic Grip That Solves the Problems Others Miss

Ergonomic grips tailor-made for comfort-oriented MTB, trekking, and all-round cycling. The SQLab 710 2.0 Grips reduce nerve pressure, improve control, and provide lab-proven comfort for every ride, whether you’re commuting, touring or just exploring the trails.

🚴 Why Choose SQLab 710 2.0 Grips?

If you’re dealing with hand discomfort on long rides — especially numbness, tingling, or wrist fatigue — the SQLab 710 2.0 Grips are engineered for relief. The updated design of the 2.0s combines smart ergonomics with high-quality materials to create one of the most effective problem-solving grips on the market.

The 710’s standout feature is its distinctive winged shape, specifically designed to support the outer hand and relieve pressure on the ulnar and median nerves. This promotes a more natural wrist position and protects the carpal tunnel zone — an area many traditional grips ignore. The raised grip end keeps your hands in place and offers added stability during rough descents, sharp turns or sudden braking (e.g. random walkers with off-leash dogs; we’ve all been there).

The grip underside features SQLab’s Ergobar: a wave-shaped suface that mirrors your fingers’ anatomy, giving a tactile, secure hold, even in wet conditions. A new diagonally arranged lamella structure in the thumb area adds cushioning, vibration absorption and prevention of one-sided buckling, keeping your hands comfortable and in control, even on long, challenging rides.

For the first time, the 710 grows in three dimensions: circumference, grip length and wing size. This ensures a precise, individual fit for small, medium, or large hands, maximising comfort and natural hand positioning. If you want the kind of long-distance comfort and control that changes how your hands feel after every ride, these grips deliver.

Features

• Maximum Support & Comfort: Winged design enlarges the contact surface, relieving sensitive pressure points while maintaining grip security
• Ergobar & Lamella Cushioning: Wave-like underside and thumb-area lamella structure absorb vibrations, improve control and prevent buckling
• Optimised Clamp Positioning: Shifting the clamp from the outside to the inside leaves room for shock absorption at the hand’s outer edge
• Three Sizes for a Perfect Fit: Adjusts in diameter, length, and wing size to suit your hand anatomy
• Lab-Proven Pressure Relief: Reduces peak hand pressure significantly compared to traditional grips, easing numbness and fatigue
• Safe & Long-Lasting Materials: Latex-free and free from BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals
• Innerbarend-Compatible: Couple with SQLab’s famous Innerbarends for enhanced arm, shoulder, and back comfort

Pro Bike Mechanic’s Tip

Want long rides to feel effortless? Make sure your 710 2.0 grips are sized correctly for your hands — small adjustments in wing size or grip length can make a huge difference in comfort and control. Pair with Innerbarends if you ride long distances or tackle technical terrain for even more ergonomic relief.
